Richard Blech: Utilizing Natural Currency

By his home, near Geneva, Richard Blech keeps bees as a hobby. Blech sees honeybees as a prime example of nature’s commercial bounty. Bees are best known for the honey they make. Yet, pollinating bees, bees wax, royal bee’s milk and even a bee’s venom all have dozens of applications in numerous products around the world ranging from, varnishes, salves, polishes, waxes, ointments and medications. Honey too is used as a food, preservative and topical antiseptic.

At Commonwealth Management, Richard J. Blech is the owner and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Commonwealth manages the Los Angeles Superior Court building. The expectation is that in less than three years the renovations will yield a net savings from the renovations.

As the owner of ECO Corporation, Richard Blech manages the company. Eco Corporation mainly provides assistance to carry out retrofits on commercial buildings. Blech seeks to maximize economic benefits when applying green energy technologies. Eco Corporation uses a complete system approach to retrofits. 
Eco Corporation developed the Solar Rain System, a water purifier that uses efficient solar power. They have also developed multiple uses for the salt-water byproducts. They try to utilize every asset and waste none for financial and environmental benefits. They work with several affiliates to supply additional resources.
